i might try to cook or bake

I am in the mood to cook but I could not decide what to fix. I have been thinking about empanada for days. It is a particular favorite but I have tried it before and liked it. Since I do have the ingredients I might as well see if I know how to do it. Then I thought about making syakoy/shakoy with pancit bihon filling like I was used to when I was a kid. Now, that was good! Although with my culinary (in)expertise I will not be surprised if mine will turn out yucky, lol. There are still a few options I have been mulling over in my head which at the rate I am doing, the day will probably pass me by with nothing that gets done. Never mind though, there is tomorrow. Seriously, I want to bake or cook. This is what happens when a Filipino who loves to eat yet does not know how to cook is left to her own device. Maybe I will ask the little man's help in the kitchen so he can use up all that energy doing something with me instead of running in the living room screaming like a nut. Anyway, I have to go. I have big decisions to make :)
